Returns
Goods Eligible for Return:
The retail packaging must be retained and in good condition.
Items should be in mint/new condition, used only for inspection.
A complete set of delivery items (cables, cases, chargers, etc.) is required and must be in mint/new condition.
Serial numbers, tags, and labels on both items and packaging must be preserved, and we verify their alignment for each return.
Return Terms:
Products must meet the eligibility criteria.
Buyers can initiate returns within 14 days from the date of receiving.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must ensure the delivery.
Returns with no reasons or due to buyer's errors (e.g., incorrect product selection, wrong address) will receive an 80% refund of the product(s) cost, excluding the original shipping. Additionally, any cost incurred by the shipping carrier for the return will be deducted. The remaining 20% covers restocking and handling.
Shipping cost is non-refundable in the following cases:
Returns with no specific reasons.
Buyer's errors (e.g., incorrect product selection).
Returns initiated by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or the absence of the buyer.
Return Process:
Contact our support and communicate your intention to return with relevant details.
Our customer service will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be marked on the return package.
Label the package with the RMA number and send it to the return address (indicated on the package or provided by customer service).
We will inspect the goods upon arrival to ensure they meet the return criteria and inform you of the decision.
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days after a positive decision for a refund.
